First Month Includes:

Initial Assessment - approximately 1 hour to go over medical history, goals, likes, dislikes, etc.

Custom Workout - your personal workout can be emailed to you or use the mobile app to track your results.

Coaching Session - 1 hour session to review your workout. You’ll learn the proper form for each exercise as well as how to adjust weight & reps to progress & reach your goals.
(If you can’t make it into the gym, this can be done through video conferencing or a phone call.)

Mobile App - Use the mobile app to track your workouts as well as stay in constant contact with your coach. Ask questions, vent your frustrations, are just check-in for accountability.

1 Month Coaching - Use the mobile app to track your workouts & nutrition as well as communicate with your coach for questions, encouragement, etc.

Ongoing Coaching Includes:

Mobile App - Use the mobile app to track your workouts as well as stay in constant contact with your coach. Ask questions, vent your frustrations, are just check-in for accountability.

Updated Workout - Taking into account your feedback over the course of the month, we'll update your workout, making any modifications needed to continue progressing you toward your goals..

Coaching Session - 1 hour session per month to review any changes to your workout, ask questions or discuss issues.

Nutrition & Exercise Tips - Periodically, we'll send you tips and info to help you stay on track with your goals.

Coaching - Use the mobile app to track your workouts & nutrition as well as communicate with your coach for questions, encouragement, etc.
