Personal training is great for everyone whether you are new to working out, wanting to fine tune your workouts, or if you simply need some accountability. We have a variety of packages and options!

Book some one-on-one time or

grab 1 or 2 friends for duo or trio training.

Sessions are available on a per session, per week, or per month payment plan.

A free personal assessment before your first session.

In each 1 hour session, you'll be led through a workout tailored to your needs & goals.

You'll receive instruction on how to perform exercises correctly, to minimize the chances of injury.

Your progress will be monitored and you'll be given feedback on the best way to meet your goals.

If desired, we can also provide you with workouts to do on your own time.

And, of course, plenty of encouragement & motivation!

Jay & Janet are NASM certified personal trainers who have worked with all ages and physical abilities. Their desire is for each clients to achieve their goals while also becoming healthier and more confident. They won't simply tell you what exercise to do next, they'll make sure you understand the purpose behind the plan.

Alyssa graduated from UTA with a degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science and has her personal training certification. She is passionate in helping others achieve their health & fitness goals and wants each of her clients to become the best versions of themselves they can be!
